The Role We are seeking a talented and ambitious Creative Designer to come on board and become a core part of our creative engine. You will be instrumental in generating innovative business solutions through compelling visual storytelling and design. What You’ll Do: Conceptualise and execute high-quality design for a diverse range of digital and integrated advertising campaigns. Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and generate creative ideas that drive business results for our clients. Lead and mentor a small team, establishing a clear and efficient creative process from concept to delivery. Continuously explore and experiment with new creative tools and techniques to keep our work fresh and innovative. Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and account managers to deliver cohesive and impactful brand experiences. What We're Looking For: Experience: 1-5 years of design experience. A background in an advertising agency or integrated advertising environment is a significant plus. Technical Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). A fair knack for and a strong interest in motion graphics. Creative Acumen: A portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking, a strong aesthetic, and the ability to work on versatile projects. Leadership Potential: You should have a structured approach to your work and the ability to guide and inspire other creatives. Brand Experience: Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with mid-sized to large brands.
