Client Servicing Executive

About the Role: Innovations Beyond is looking for a proactive and well-spoken Junior Client Servicing Executive to act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams. Your primary role will be to ensure smooth communication, understand client requirements, and help manage ongoing projects effectively. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients to understand briefs, feedback, and project goals Communicate clearly and promptly with the design and content teams Ensure timelines are followed and deliverables are shared as per the schedule Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients Assist in documentation, follow-ups, and basic reporting Requirements: Graduate (any stream) Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written) are a must Strong interpersonal and coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Interest in branding, advertising, or marketing is a plus What We’re Looking For: Someone who is confident, organized, and client-focused Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and adapt quickly A team player with a positive and solution-oriented approach If you enjoy interacting with people, managing communication, and being the go-to person for clients, we’d love to meet you!
