Jr. Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Innovations Beyond. You’ll work on a variety of design projects, from social media content and brand identity to packaging and marketing material for both internal and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to create high-quality design solutions for various internal and client-facing projects.
• Understand client briefs, brainstorm ideas, and translate concepts into visually appealing designs.

Deliver creative assets for:

• Social Media Content (Graphics, 2D Animations, GIFs)
• Business Documents (Company Profiles, Presentations, Brochures, Catalogues)
• Branding & Promotional Material (Banners, Leaflets, Standees, Merchandise)
• Packaging Designs (3D Product Mockups, Boxes, Tubes, Sachets, Bottles)
• Brand Identity (Logo Designs, Brand Guidelines, Stationery)
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining design consistency and brand standards.
• Engage in self-learning and leverage online resources to enhance design skills and stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Graduate (any stream); Arts preferred
• Diploma or certified training in Commercial Arts from a reputed design institute is a must

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and InDesign
• Knowledge of After Effects or mobile photo editing apps is a plus
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong command of English (spoken & written) for client communication

Good to Have:

• A proactive approach to self-learning and online upskilling
• Attention to detail and an understanding of design aesthetics
• Basic professional conduct : punctuality, communication, and presentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
