Job Description

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) with exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor to manage client interactions and coordinate meetings. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in client-facing roles (preferably in BPO/international processes), be married, and possess a strong command of spoken and written English.

This is not a sales role – it focuses on relationship management, scheduling meetings (Zoom/virtual), and maintaining client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate Zoom meetings and client consultations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Act as the first point of contact for client queries and communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-up.
• Manage CRM tools and keep client interaction records updated.
• Provide a high level of client service and professional communication.

Candidate Requirements

• Married female candidates preferred.
• Prior experience in international BPO or client-facing roles is essential.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident, professional, and well-presented.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Zoom, email, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Highly organized and proactive with follow-ups and client coordination.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4th Saturday Off)
