Designation : Onboarding Executive/ Executive Client Servicing Job Purpose: Onboarding, client relationship management & engagement activities.   Desired Skills & Responsibilities: Fluent Verbal and Written Communication, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Technology Proficiency, Relationship Building, Customer Service Orientation, Adaptability and Flexibility. Key Responsibilities:   Clear, concise, and effective communication with new hires, managers, and other team members Understanding the needs and concerns of new employees during the onboarding process. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Ensuring that all documentation, forms, and O details are correctly filled out and up to date. Competence in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email platforms. Building rapport with new employees and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
