Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive located in Indore. The Client Servicing Executive will manage client relations, handle customer service inquiries, and oversee account management. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations to clients, managing client expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Client Services and Client Relations skills
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering Presentations
• Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in advertising or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
