Client Services Team Lead

As a Team Lead-Services at Ezone Security Solutions Private Limited in Hyderabad, your role is crucial in ensuring service delivery and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities include: - Achieving set targets for the service team members in the respective region, focusing on both revenue and customer satisfaction. - Listing out service calls pending as per eCare, prioritizing them, assigning calls to the team, understanding repetition of calls, and providing technical support. - Coordinating with other teams to meet service deliverables within the timelines. - Tracking all open calls, prioritizing and resolving them with zero escalations. - Aiming to reduce repetition of calls due to technical issues and escalating them to the supervisor when necessary. - Prioritizing service calls and assigning them to team members based on their efficiency levels. In terms of revenue generation, you will be responsible for service sales, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), service billing, collections through spares selling, general AMC generation, and renewal of existing third-party AMCs. You may also collaborate with the sales team for any closures required. Your role will also involve material management, team management, and reporting. This includes coordinating with inventory planning, setting periodical targets, and communicating with the Purchase & Stores team. Additionally, you will be responsible for record-keeping and Management Information System (MIS) tasks. This involves ensuring client call logs are updated, closing call status, maintaining schedules of AMC, tracking calls worked on daily, and providing MIS reports on service spares invoices versus collections.
