Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager, located in Gurugram. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns, maintaining effective communication, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires overseeing client projects from inception to completion, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services, and analyzing client feedback to improve services continuously.
