The Client Services Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client needs and concerns. The role involves managing client interactions, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Client Services Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure clients' expectations are met and projects are delivered on time.
