This is a contract hybrid role for a Client Services Manager located in Bangalore/Mumbai/Delhi. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client services, utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, and delivering excellent customer service. The role allows for some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications required for this role include customer satisfaction and customer service skills, client services and analytical skills, experience in managing client relationships, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, knowledge of the marketing and events business as a plus, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, and 2-4 years of experience.,
