Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Executive based in Hyderabd. The Client Services Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with clients, ensure client satisfaction, and foster strong business relationships. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs. The executive will also analyze client feedback for continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in Business Relationship Management
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Prior experience in event management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
