There E-commerce clienteles consists the likes of Snapdeal, Flipkart, Limeroad, Vista Print, Paytm, Indear.in, Prerto, Pretty Secrets and many more. We now have 3 studios in Mumbai, Banglore & Delhi.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Client Services Executive. The Client Services Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs. Daily tasks include handling business relationships, managing client relations, and analyzing client feedback to improve service offerings. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.


Job Profile:

·      Adhering to the timelines

·      Ability to manage a team, coordinate with the client and streamline the requirements

·      The ability to manage several assignments at once and meet deadlines under pressure

·      Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (primarily Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and in Google Suite

·      Exceptional attention to detail and capable of delivering error-free content

·      Superior customer service ethic and interpersonal skills

·      Management of handling multiple brands on daily basis

·      Managing campaign and end-to-end execution of the same

·      Co-ordinating with partners and vendors for daily tasks

·      Up to date and completely aware of creative processes and techniques

·      Build strong, long-term client relationships

 

Qualifications


  • Client Services and Client Relations skills
  • Experience in Business Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve client service offerings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Experience in the creative or photography industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
