We cater to the corporate sector including services like retail branding, slim lights, fabric frames, display units, commercial interior designing, and complet turkey projects Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Executive located in mira road. The Client Services Executive will manage day-to-day interactions with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, build and maintain business relationships, and handle client inquiries and complaints. The role will also involve analyzing client needs and ensuring they are met efficiently. Qualifications Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skillsBusiness Relationship Management skillsStrong Analytical SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and good in excel. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyExperience in the signage , interiors or manufacturing industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
