Client Services Analyst

As a Client Services Officer, your role involves being the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with the organization's products and services. You will be responsible for identifying inconsistencies in data, defining business issues, and formulating procedures to address them. Your duties will include managing client inquiries, directing complaints to relevant departments, and ensuring timely resolution within agreed timelines. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering positive client relations and improving service quality based on client feedback. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering Custody Services to internal and external institutional clients for settlement transactions - Supporting a range of products and services in accordance with established systems and procedures - Managing and executing client transactions for business, credit, and investment products within audit and compliance standards - Collaborating with operational and middle office teams to ensure effective resolution of client issues - Identifying process improvements and supporting project implementation through analytical thinking - Enforcing banking policies and procedures to maintain operational integrity and high client satisfaction - Proactively arranging and participating in client calls and service quality check-ins - Identifying and documenting new business opportunities for referral to product specialists - Performing responsibilities proficiently using Citi applications and participating in service-related process improvements Qualifications required for this role: - 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the US market in Client Services role in Custody Settlements area - Proficiency in Custody processes, Reconciliations (Cash and Stock), and Swift notifications (MT54Xs) - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail - Client-facing experience with a background in operations, compliance, investments, banking, and custody products You should hold a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience to be considered for this position.
