Job Description

As a Client Services Officer, your role involves being the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with the company's products and services. You will be responsible for identifying inconsistencies in data, defining business issues, and formulating necessary procedures. Your duties include managing client inquiries, directing complaints to relevant departments, and working towards providing solutions within agreed timelines. Additionally, you will be expected to review client feedback regularly and strive to enhance service relations by delivering high-quality services. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver Custody Services to both internal and external institutional clients for settlement transactions. - Support a variety of products and services, following established systems and procedures under general supervision. - Manage and execute client transactions related to business, credit, and investment products ensuring compliance with audit standards. - Collaborate with operational and middle office teams to resolve client issues effectively. - Identify process improvements using analytical thinking and data analysis tools. - Enforce banking policies and procedures to maintain operational integrity and high client satisfaction. - Proactively engage in client calls and quality check-ins to ensure service excellence. - Identify and document new business opportunities for referral to product specialists. - Utilize Citi applications proficiently and participate in service-related process enhancements. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the US market in a Client Services role within Custody Settlements. - Proficiency in Custody processes and a good understanding of Reconciliations, including Cash and Stock Reconciliations. - Knowledge of Swift notifications (MT54Xs). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills. - Ability to problem-solve, analyze data with attention to detail, and demonstrate clear communication. - Experience in client-facing roles with a background in operations and compliance, along with knowledge of investments, banking, and custody products.
