Job Description

Role Overview: As a technical support specialist at Bravura Solutions, you will be responsible for providing frontline technical support utilizing the Sonata Administration Platform for our clients. Your role will involve managing the complete client issue lifecycle, from analysis to resolution, including defect replication, testing, and escalation to the appropriate development and consulting teams. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and resolve client issues such as software defects, database corrections, application functionality guidance, and system configuration fixes - Respond to service requests and incidents within defined SLAs - Route defects and enhancement requests to the appropriate internal teams - Assess incident severity, impact, and risk, with management escalation as necessary - Manage incident progress and maintain continuous client communication - Coordinate software releases to client environments - Escalate cross-client impact issues and perform technical housekeeping tasks Qualification Required: - Application development methodology expertise with advanced SQL proficiency - Object-oriented programming capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Knowledge of service delivery processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) - Experience with JIRA and SDLC - Client consultancy and support delivery experience - Technical expertise in Core Java with Eclipse Development Platform or any other IDE, Java frameworks like Hibernate, JSP/JSF, web services, and database management with SQL (Oracle preferred) - Troubleshooting and debugging proficiency in JAVA - Java certification and exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure preferred Additional Company Details: At Bravura Solutions, we are committed to providing a collaborative and diverse environment that values excellence.
