You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Senior Java Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customers" business goals, preparing requirements documentation, designing software systems at the component level, making strategic technology choices, and supervising the implementation and deliveries. You will also need to conduct unit testing using automated unit test frameworks, coordinate with the Quality Assurance team throughout the testing process, and analyze and solve complex business and workflow issues. Additionally, you will guide/mentor a team of Software developers in design and coding, ensure best practices are followed in design and coding, and ensure design and code quality for the best user experience. Collaboration with distributed teams for planning and coordinating timely execution and delivery of projects will be necessary. You will also be expected to attend client meetings, handle client interactions and communications efficiently, and identify and engage newer technologies in the Software Developer Life Cycle. Required skills include solid experience in designing, planning, and executing large-scale projects, troubleshooting complex technical issues, Core Java, JSP/JSF, Servlets, Web services, Hibernate, Java Script, JQuery, AJAX, good knowledge in Database operations and Back-end services, designing and maintaining Web-based/Cloud applications, exposure to integration of CRM Systems, Google APIs, experience in Version Control systems, Project Management tools, good communication, interpersonal skills, proactive behavior, and the ability to act independently while showing excellent collaboration within and between various teams. The required qualification for this position is a Graduate/Diploma holder in any stream with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Please note that it is mandatory to work from the Mangalore office.,
