Ecorgy Solutions is a rapidly growing healthcare organization based in Trivandrum, India, supporting clients in California, USA. Our mission is to enhance the quality and efficiency of home health services by delivering high-impact administrative and clinical support. We serve as a critical link between healthcare providers and operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and patient satisfaction.


Role Overview:

As our Client Service Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our patient care team. You'll wield your analytical prowess and exceptional communication skills to manage stakeholders, clients, and a dedicated clinical team. Your responsibility will be to ensure high-quality service delivery while fostering robust client relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with professionals to assign patient care according to established protocols, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage and supervise stakeholders and clients and provide exceptional service, meet business volumes, and work towards achieving predetermined targets.
  • Provide outstanding supportive environment for professionals, fostering services to the patients with empathy.
  • Manage client relationships efficiently that results in client retention and provide issue resolutions to the professionals effectively.
  • Prioritize and resolve complaints round the clock to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.


Skills & Qualification:

  • Any Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in similar role.
  • Excellent English communication and articulation skills are essential.
  • Prior experience in US Healthcare process would be an advantage.
  • Capability to acquire and retain knowledge of clinical practices, compliance standards, and the ability to implement improvement initiatives with good estimation skills.
  • Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, service delivery, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to developing and executing quality improvement initiatives, showcasing a proven track record of task accountability.
  • Willing to work in regular night shifts

    (10:30PM to 7:30AM)

    from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.
  • Immediate joiners or those who can join within 30days will be considered.
  • Only candidates from Trivandrum city or within Kerala will be considered.
