Client Service Manager

Role : Client Servicing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the internal team throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations, and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate with influencers, talent managers, and content creators to execute campaigns effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with industry contacts to facilitate influencer collaborations and campaign success.
• Track campaign progress, analyze performance metrics, and provide reports and insights to clients.
• Address client queries and concerns promptly, offering strategic solutions to enhance campaign outcomes.
• Work closely with the creative, strategy, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
• Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices to provide clients with informed recommendations.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities by upselling services and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (4 years) in client servicing, account management, or influencer marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• A strong network within the influencer marketing ecosystem is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency in campaign tracking, reporting, and presentation tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
