Client Service Manager - KYC and AML

Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Service Manager to join our Relationship Management team in the Wealth Management division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison between front-office relationship managers and various back-office departments to resolve client inquiries and requests efficientlyProcess and monitor client transactions, account maintenance requests, and documentationManage and update client information in CRM and other relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy and completenessCoordinate with internal teams (e.g., compliance, risk management, investment operations) to facilitate client service requests and problem resolutionAssist in the client onboarding process, including document collection, verification, and system setupPrepare and distribute client reports, statements, and other correspondence as requiredMonitor and track service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely resolution of client requestsIdentify and escalate complex issues to appropriate channels for resolutionContribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiencyQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management or financial servicesProficiency in CRM systems, financial platforms, and Microsoft Office suiteExcellent knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) proceduresProblem-solving and decision-making skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
