Role & responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and long-term relationships.
  • Understand client briefs, objectives, and expectations, and translate them into actionable event plans.
  • Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to develop event concepts, presentations, and costings.
  • Prepare and deliver client pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Negotiate with vendors, partners, and third parties to optimize cost and delivery.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by handling feedback, resolving issues, and providing post-event analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and cross-selling services.
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior client servicing executives.
