Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handling new and existing clients, ensuring strong relationship management.
Generating new business leads through various methods, including cold calling.
Taking appointments and conducting meetings with clients to understand requirements for creative projects, exhibitions, and events.
Preparing and sending cost quotations to clients as per their requirements.
Coordinating effectively with the creative team by providing clear client briefs.
Creating professional PowerPoint presentations for client pitches and meetings.

Maintaining daily activity reports and sharing them with the reporting manager

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-2 years experience in client servicing/business development (advertising/events/Pharma industry preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
Ability to understand client requirements and give clear briefs to creative teams.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized with strong follow-up skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Office location:
Bhandup, Mumbai
– candidate must be open to commute.
