Production Executive

The ideal candidate for this role will be an executive with experience in handling events, exhibition stall set-up, and coordinating with printers for print jobs. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth flow of events by being present at the venue, interacting with the creative and marketing team to understand requirements, and suggesting solutions based on your experience. You may also need to meet with clients as needed. Some of the projects may involve unique and out-of-the-box requirements, such as complex custom gifts. In such cases, you will be expected to identify and establish relationships with new vendors who can meet these specific needs within the given timeline. To stay updated with the latest trends in production, you should attend exhibitions and events whenever possible. This will enable you to make timely suggestions to the creative and marketing team, thereby enhancing the agency's intelligence and contributing to the overall profitability.
