Client Serving Executive - Healthcare Marketing Agency

Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Serving Executive to manage client relationships and coordinate project execution for our healthcare marketing clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, managing briefs, and ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

• Serve as primary contact for assigned healthcare clients
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs
• Facilitate client meetings, calls, and presentations
• Address client queries and ensure timely responses
• Prepare and maintain project reports and status updates

Required Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent English communication skills

  (verbal and written)

• Computer & MS Office knowledge

  (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts
• Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Experience & Education

• Fresh graduates welcome OR experienced candidates (0-3 years)

• Science background preferred

  (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, etc.)
• Any prior experience in healthcare industry or marketing agency will be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
