Role Overview: Serves as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term retention. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients. • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal departments. • Schedule and manage regular client meetings and updates. • Handle client escalations professionally and ensure smooth communication. • Support project documentation and status reporting. Skills & Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking ability. • Knowledge of project coordination tools (Trello, Asana, etc.) preferred. • Graduate in Business, Communication, or related field.
