Client Service Executive

About the role –

As a Client Servicing Executive at Saksham Signs, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the smooth execution of client projects. Your primary role will be to coordinate with external clients and communicate their needs to the internal team through the Project Manager, ensuring that client expectations are met with precision and on time.

Location – Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh.

Core responsibilities –

● Client Coordination – Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood, documented, and communicated to the Project Manager for seamless execution.

● Turnaround Time (TAT) – One major criterion leading to client satisfaction is the execution of the project in a timely manner. The manager needs to monitor the turnaround time for all their projects and strive to improve it to meet the company's desired standards.

● Client Satisfaction – Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and work with the internal team, through the Project Manager, to provide quick resolutions.

● Business growth – The executive will have to drive business growth from designated clients in alignment with company-set targets.

● Reporting – The executive needs to maintain meticulous project documentation and provide timely reports as necessary.

Must have skills –

● Excellent Communication Skills – The manager should possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with our external clients. Additionally, the manager should be sophisticated and polished as they will represent Saksham Signs to our long-standing clients.

● Problem-Solving Ability – Ability to handle client issues swiftly and effectively in collaboration with the internal team.

● Client-Focused Approach – A professional demeanor that reflects well on Saksham Signs and fosters long-term client relationships.

● Intermediate Excel skills – Since the trackers are maintained in excel, the manager needs to be proficient in using Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,901.71 - ₹40,000.00 per month
