The manager needs to monitor the turnaround time for all their projects and strive to improve it to meet the company's desired standards. ● Client Satisfaction – Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and work with the internal team, through the Project Manager, to provide quick resolutions. ● Business growth – The executive will have to drive business growth from designated clients in alignment with company-set targets. ● Reporting – The executive needs to maintain meticulous project documentation and provide timely reports as necessary.
