The executive will act as a bridge between the client and the company, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. Key responsibilities: 1. Client interactions: a. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management. b. Understand client needs and provide strategic recommendations to meet their goals. c. Manage client expectations and deliverables to ensure high satisfaction. 2. Social media management: a. Develop and manage social media calendars for timely postings. b. Monitor trends and adjust strategies as needed. c. Prepare and present monthly performance reports. 3. Strategic communication planning: a. Create and implement communication plans that align with client objectives. b. Collaborate with internal teams for consistent messaging. 4. Copywriting and management: a. Write and manage copy for various content, ensuring it is engaging and on-brand. 5. Internal coordination and communication: a. Work with creative, tech, and media teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. b. Facilitate internal meetings to align project goals. 6. Pitch Involvement: a. Participate in pitches and contribute to compelling proposals. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 2. 1-3 years of experience in account management or client servicing. 3. Proven social media management and strategic planning experience. 4. Strong copywriting skills and detail-oriented. 5. Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. What we offer: 1.
