We’re Hiring: Client Service Executive (2+ Years Experience)

Client Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Coordinate between clients, creative, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
Manage end-to-end execution of marketing and advertising campaigns — from briefing to delivery.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through professionalism and effective communication.
Support the team in developing proposals, presentations, and reports.
Ensure all deliverables align with the client’s expectations and agency standards.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a client servicing role (agency experience preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with creative and strategy teams in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and passion for delivering great work.
