Client Service Associate

As a Service Advisor at GoMechanic, your role involves greeting customers, assessing vehicle service needs, and providing accurate service estimates. You will be responsible for creating work orders and maintaining smooth communication between customers and technicians. Additionally, scheduling service appointments, managing service calendars, and overseeing parts inventory to assist in sourcing required parts will be part of your daily tasks. Your follow-up with customers post-service will ensure satisfaction and cater to their future service needs. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers, assess vehicle service needs, and provide service estimates. - Create work orders and ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians. - Schedule service appointments and manage service calendars. - Oversee parts inventory and assist in sourcing required parts. - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and future service needs. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in customer service or automotive industry is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of automotive parts and services would be advantageous.
