Role Description

Client Service Associate

As an intern, you will support various client servicing and operational functions, gain hands-on exposure to the wealth management industry, and develop practical skills in finance, communication, and tools used in the financial advisory space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with client servicing, onboarding, and documentation processes
• Support customer communication and service delivery
• Help with back-office coordination and day-to-day operational tasks
• Learn and work on Excel, CRM tools, and other financial platforms
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to ongoing projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the financial services industry
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic understanding of financial concepts is a plus
• Readiness to take on multiple roles and responsibilities in a dynamic environment
• Commitment to completing mandatory (and optional) certifications as per regulatory or business requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
