Client Relationship Officer

The Customer Relationship Officer (Inside Sales) at MSM Unify plays a crucial role in promoting and selling our programs to potential students. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders, handling inbound queries through various channels, and making outbound calls to convert leads into study applications. You will analyze customer feedback data, ensure accurate recording of customer information, and support the development of the student journey by identifying and reporting on issues and trends. Additionally, cross-selling our products and engaging in both inbound and outbound sales are key aspects of your role. You will report to the Team Lead, Assistant Manager, or Manager and must possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus. Prior experience in B2C sales is preferred, although a willingness to learn is equally valued. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, along with problem-solving abilities and a customer service orientation. Proficiency in office software, CRM systems, and basic computer skills is required, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your adaptability and willingness to grow in the customer service role are crucial for success.
