Job Summary

BrandBook, a fast-growing advertising and branding agency, is looking for a Client Relation Officer who can manage client relationships, ensure smooth communication, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English, the ability to handle international clients, and prior experience in an advertising or creative agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
• Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams (creative, digital, development, and production).
• Understand client requirements, communicate them clearly to the team, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain client records.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Experience dealing with international clients is preferred.
• Prior experience in an advertising, branding, or creative agency is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or project management software is an added advantage.
