We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship officer to build strong, lasting relationships and drive customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
• Understand client requirements and support smooth onboarding, adoption, and usage of services/products.
• Address client queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions with professionalism.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences and drive retention.
• Consistently achieve and exceed success KPIs and performance goals.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Client Success / Client Relationship Management / Account Management.
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written).
• Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Customer-focused, performance-driven, and professional in approach.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
