The Visa Counselor will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of documents, and providing expert advice on visa requirements and procedures . Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients interested in immigration and visa services through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Immigration Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures to provide accurate and reliable information to clients. Documentation Support: Assist clients with the preparation and submission of immigration applications, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals. Coordination: Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure a seamless immigration process for clients. Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure a positive customer experience.
