About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Manager with prior experience in managing international clients and a strong background in finance or fintech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting global business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen relationships with clients
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Stay updated on global financial trends and market movements
Maintain high levels of client engagement and satisfaction
Requirements:
0-1 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management
Prior exposure to foreign markets is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Background in finance, fintech, investment, or trading preferred

 Location for all roles: Noida Sector 63

 Working Days: 5.5 days/week

 WFH Policy: 2 days WFH for female employees during menstrual periods

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
