Client Relationship Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers. You will oversee the relationships your team manages and ensure customer complaints are resolved quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers informed about the latest products to drive sales will be crucial. Collaborating with managers within the organization to strategize effectively is essential. You will be tasked with expanding the customer base through upselling and cross-selling, as well as understanding individual customer needs and addressing them accordingly. Utilizing CRM programs to conduct business reviews will be part of your routine. It is important to stay informed about your competition and adjust strategies accordingly. This position is permanent, open to freshers and interns, with a contract length of 3 months. The work schedule is during the day, with the potential for a performance bonus. Candidates must have a Master's degree and at least 1 year of total work experience. Proficiency in English is required.
