Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Client Relationship Manager to join our team in our Kakkanad office, Kochi. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires working closely with clients to build and maintain strong relationships. The role involves understanding client needs, resolving queries, providing tailored solutions, and managing communication between clients and the company. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by maintaining a smooth and professional interaction with all stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes assisting in the development and execution of client retention strategies.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and effective Communication
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies for client retention and engagement
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and mediation skills
  • Experience in team collaboration, project coordination, and multitasking
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English; multilingual ability is a plus
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in client relationship or similar roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with legal, mediation, or dispute resolution services is an advantage
  • Well-versed in sales and business development would be a preferred
