Job Title: Client Relationship Manager (Female) – Corporate & International Accounts

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and tech-savvy female Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing corporate clients while also engaging new prospects to understand their requirements. This role demands excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to leverage technology & AI tools for data research, analysis, and lead nurturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients through regular communication and proactive service.
• Call and engage new clients to understand their requirements, share company offerings, and convert them into active customers.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing clients.
• Conduct data research & analysis to identify potential leads, market trends, and client needs.
• Use technology & AI tools to manage CRM databases, automate follow-ups, and track client interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure client requirements are met on time.
• Prepare client reports, proposals, and presentations as needed.
• Handle basic international sales & marketing activities, including communication with overseas clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates only (Delhi residents).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience handling corporate clients.
• Some exposure to international sales & marketing is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills with a confident, pleasing personality.
• Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using CRM tools, AI tools, and online research platforms.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools & technologies quickly.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
