As an Immigration Case Manager, your role involves managing a caseload of immigration files to ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation. You will conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs, determine eligibility, and develop individualized case plans. Additionally, you will handle client escalations, listening to their concerns and providing the best possible resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a caseload of immigration files, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documentation. - Conduct initial consultations to assess clients" immigration needs and determine eligibility. - Handle client escalations, listen to their concerns, and suggest the best resolution. - Develop and implement individualized case plans. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in immigration case management. - Strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations. - Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members. - Ability to handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing client records. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documents. You will also provide clients with information and guidance on immigration processes, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate client records in case management systems. Communication with clients will be essential, including coordinating with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to ensure seamless case progression. Furthermore, you will be involved in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing international interviews, and handling billing and invoicing related to case management services. You will also be required to prepare reports and analysis on case management activities and outcomes. Please note that the working hours for this role are from Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm. As an Immigration Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their immigration needs, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing support throughout the case management process. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to handle administrative tasks will be key to success in this role.,
