Client Relationship Manager

As a CRM professional, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective client coordination. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining MIS systems to support business operations. - Building and maintaining advanced Excel reports and dashboards for data analysis. - Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in data handling processes. - Sharing regular reports with internal teams and management for decision-making. - Coordinating with clients for updates, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction. - Collaborating with internal teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency. - Tracking and escalating client issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. - Suggesting additional products to existing clients for cross-selling opportunities. - Promoting higher-value services or upgrades to clients for up-selling purposes. - Ensuring timely communication across all stakeholders involved in the process. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma or B. Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory). - 3 years of relevant experience in MIS, CRM operations, or client coordination roles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, and Conditional Formatting. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. - Highly detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
