In this full-time on-site position as a Client Relationship Intern based in Gurugram, your main responsibilities will revolve around supporting customer service activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing client communications, and analyzing feedback from customer interactions. Your role will also involve upholding superior standards of customer service and assistance, thereby contributing towards creating exceptional customer experiences. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in customer satisfaction, customer service, and effective communication. Additionally, analytical capabilities, along with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, will be beneficial. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting is essential for success in this position.
