Client Relationship Executive - Wellness / Skincare

As a Client Relationship Executive (CRE) at our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their journey with us. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients professionally and empathetically, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. You will act as the main point of contact for both new and existing clients, guiding them through our services and programs and providing personalized recommendations based on their needs. In addition to client interaction, you will be responsible for managing appointment bookings, follow-ups, and rescheduling. You will also coordinate between clients and wellness professionals to ensure seamless service delivery. Gathering and documenting feedback to enhance the client experience, monitoring client progress, and maintaining regular communication to address concerns or provide encouragement are also part of your role. Administrative duties, such as maintaining accurate records of client interactions, are essential in this position. You will also support client retention initiatives by recommending loyalty programs or upcoming workshops to engage the community. Qualifications for this role include at least 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for supporting maternal health and wellness is a plus.
