Role: Client Relationship Executive

About The Role

We’re looking for a Client Relationship Executive to ensure every guest’s wellness journey is seamless, warm, and memorable. You’ll manage leads, build relationships, gather feedback, and contribute to client retention and growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead & conversion management: Follow up on new leads, ensure none slip through, close the loop.
Relationship building: Be the warmth, clarity, and professionalism clients experience throughout their wellness journey.
Feedback & retention: Check in during and after programs, gather feedback, ensure satisfaction.
Upsell / cross-sell: Suggest add-ons in ways that feel genuine.
CRM & tracking: Keep systems updated; track KPIs like conversion, satisfaction, retention.

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years experience in wellness, salon, or health industries.
Empathy and service mindset; proactive problem-solving.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and reliability.
Initiative to own relationships and follow up without scripts.
