Making outbound calls to customers to generate leads or resolve queries 2. Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner 3. Meeting daily call targets and quality standards 4. Updating customer data in the system 5. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services 6. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude 7.
