Location: Newtown, Kolkata (Work From Office)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Client Relationship & Sales Executive with hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency. The role involves new client onboarding, client retention, lead generation, sales follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities1. New Client Onboarding

• Welcome and onboard new clients smoothly.
• Collect project details, goals, and required documents.
• Explain services, processes, timelines, and reporting structure.
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams during the onboarding phase.

2. Client Retention & Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Communicate regularly via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Understand client needs and ensure timely updates and solutions.
• Facilitate renewals of monthly/quarterly contracts.
• Handle feedback professionally and work with internal teams to meet expectations.

3. Sales & Marketing

• Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and references.
• Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Ads, Branding, etc.).
• Explain pricing, packages, and service benefits clearly.
• Follow up with prospects until closing the deal.
• Maintain sales reports, lead trackers, and communication logs.
• Support in executing basic marketing activities (email campaigns, WhatsApp outreach, etc.).

4. Communication & Internal Coordination

• Act as the communication bridge between clients and digital marketing teams.
• Ensure client requirements are delivered on time.
• Share weekly/monthly performance updates with clients.
• Escalate urgent issues to management when necessary.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain CRM entries and client communication records.
• Track project progress, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Prepare basic performance reports for client meetings.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English.
• Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO/SMM/Ads).
• Experience in sales, lead generation & client handling.
• Excellent presentation, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM tools & email writing.
