We are seeking a Client Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team.
This role combines marketing and client relationship activities.
The Client Relationship Executive (CRE) will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential prospects and existing customers to understand their requirements for software, webware, and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make database for target customers
- Make outbound calls to prospects and customers
- Collect enquiry requirements for software, web-ware services
- Transfer enquiry details to pre sales team for further verification
- Maintain strong client relationships and do follow up for win cases
- Report daily updates to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls
- Basic computer skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Salary & Package
- Flexible work timings
- Salary based on experience
- 40:60 pay structure: ie 40% fixed basic salary and 60% variable pay based on target achievements
- Additional 15% incentives after crossing 100% target

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
