About the Role

We are looking for a young, smart, and confident Female Executive – Business Development Executive (BDE) to represent our company with professionalism and charm. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, be well-presented, and passionate about client interaction. This role involves meeting clients within and outside Nagpur, pitching services, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and interact with clients across different locations.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and presentations.
• Pitch services, explain offerings clearly, and create strong client relationships.
• Assist in client acquisition and business development activities.
• Report progress and client feedback to the management team.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
• Well-groomed, and Presentable personality.
• Smart, energetic, and confident in client-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
• Ability to travel outside Nagpur for client meetings.
• Passion for building career in Business Development & Sales.
