Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain CRM data, and support the CRM team in delivering an excellent customer experience.

  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports from CRM for management review.
  • Support the CRM team with CRM-related tasks. (MIS report, presentation, etc.)
  • Ensure smooth follow-up and timely communication with clients.

Preferred candidate:

  • Good English and strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MIS, Advanced Excel, and good knowledge of PowerPoint (PPT).
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
