Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update customer records in CRM software. Handle backend coordination for order processing, dispatch updates, and follow-ups. Generate sales invoices, delivery challans, and credit notes using Tally. Track payments, outstanding reports, and share updates with customers/sales team. Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation and ledger updates. Assist in resolving customer queries related to billing, orders, and delivery status. Generate MIS reports (Sales/Dispatch/Receivables) as required. Ensure data accuracy and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain communication logs and service records for customer follow-up.
